Lester Wunderman – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Wunderman is Chairman Emeritus and founder of Wunderman, the world's
leading global direct marketing advertising agency, founded in 1958
as Wunderman, Ricotta & Kline.
In 1967 in an address at M.I.T., Mr. Wunderman named and defined "Direct
Marketing." Since then he has led the theoretical and practical
growth of the industry. Mr. Wunderman was named to the Direct Marketing
Association's Hall of Fame in 1983, and in 1998 he was elected to the
Advertising Hall of Fame and was named one of the twenty "Advertising
Legends and Leaders" by Adweek Magazine. In 1999 he was named as
one of the "Top 100 People in Advertising" by Advertising
Age.
His book, Being Direct, was published by Random House in January 1997.
An earlier book, Frontiers of Direct Marketing, was published in 1981,
and his speeches and articles have appeared in publications worldwide.
Mr. Wunderman serves on the Board of Directors of i-dine. He is former
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Center for Direct Marketing
of New York University, and he was Founding Chairman of the DMA International
Strategic Forum on Direct Marketing. He also served on the Editorial
Review Board of the Journal of Direct Marketing of the Medill School
of Journalism, Northwestern University, and he was formerly Chairman
of the Communications Design Advisory Committee of the Parsons School
of Design and a member of its Board of Overseers. Mr. Wunderman has
lectured at Columbia University, Fordham University, Boston University,
and M.I.T.

Tom Sperry – Director, President/CEO of aCerno
Tom has spent 25 years in direct, database and online marketing. Prior
to co-founding aCerno, he held senior positions at aQuantive, Inc (General
Manager of Avenue A and President of Atlas) and was part of the executive
team that took the company public. Before aQuantive, Tom owned several
advertising agencies, the most recent of which was acquired by Foote Cone
Belding, a True North agency. As a result of the sale, he became Managing
Director of Bozell Worldwide where he focused on international business
development.
Tom was previously the Chairman of the IAB Associate Board and is actively
involved in industry trade groups and events.

Christopher
Dice – Director, President/CEO of I-Behavior
Mr. Dice brings over 30 years of experience managing the endeavors
of technology-based companies in delivering high-value products and
services to the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.
He most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of
Abacus Direct Corporation, a leading supplier of services to the direct
marketing industry. Under Mr. Dice's leadership, Abacus achieved record
growth in sales and profitability, and was subsequently acquired by
DoubleClick, Inc., the largest independent provider of web-based advertising
services.
Prior to joining Abacus, Mr. Dice served as President of ImageSoft
Technologies, the leading supplier of document imaging systems to the
financial services industry. During the decade prior to ImageSoft,
he held several executive-level positions at First Financial Management
Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of transaction processing and
computer software to the financial services and healthcare industries.
Mr. Dice holds MBA and BA degrees from the University of Colorado.

Peter Godfrey – Director
Peter Godfrey is an entrepreneur, angel investor, board member and
advisor to start-up companies. He has co-founded numerous magazine
publishing ventures including Maxim, a leading young men's lifestyle
magazine, Stuff, Blender, The Week and MacUser.
From 1987 to 2000 Mr. Godfrey co-founded and was Chaiman and C.E.O.
of Micro Warehouse Inc, (MacWarehouse), a leading direct marketer and
catalog retailer of personal computer products with worldwide sales
in 2000 of $2.5 billion.
Previously Mr. Godfrey was President of Marshall Cavendish USA Inc.,
a UK based publisher of European periodicals in the United States and
Canada.

Wilma H. Jordan – Director
Wilma H. Jordan is founder and CEO of New York-based media investment
bank The Jordan, Edmiston Group and is a founding general partner and
CEO of JEGI Capital, a venture capital affiliate of Jordan, Edmiston.
Prior to founding the investment bank in 1988, Ms. Jordan was one of
the founders and initial shareholders of the 13-30 Corporation. She
also participated as shareholder, chief operating officer and principal
negotiator in the revitalization and 1986 sale of Esquire Magazine
Group, which included Esquire, New York Woman and other media assets.
Ms. Jordan was elected to the board of Lin Broadcasting in 1987 and
was one of three directors chosen in 1990 to serve on a newly assembled
board after McCaw Cellular purchased 52% of the outstanding ownership
in a hostile takeover. Ms Jordan was also elected to the board of Lin
Television, an independent NASDAQ-listed company that was spun off
from Lin Broadcasting in 1994. Lin Television was sold in 1998 to Hicks
Muse & Tate for $1.9 billion. Following a successful IPO (NYSE:
TVL) in May 2002, Ms. Jordan was invited to join the board of Lin Television
as an independent director.
Currently, Ms. Jordan is a director of Guideposts, Inc., publisher
of Guideposts Magazine and a leading provider of other inspirational
magazines, books and related products and ministry programs. Recently,
Ms. Jordan resigned from the board of Clayton Homes, Inc., the largest
vertically integrated manufactured housing company, upon the very successful
sale of the Company to Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett) for $l.7
billion.
Ms. Jordan was the 2000 recipient of the Financial Women's Association
of New York Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 1999 recipient of
the Volunteer of the Year Award. The Volunteer of the Year honor is
presented to distinguished alumni of the University of Tennessee in
recognition of their untiring dedication and commitment to the University.
She recently served as chair of its 21st Century Campaign and is a
member of the University of Tennessee College Business Advisory Council.

Stephanie
Monaghan O'Brien, Esq. – Director
Ms. O'Brien represents the Morningside group. She has extensive experience
with start-up companies and currently serves on several private company
boards. Ms. O'Brien received her A.B., cum laude, from Harvard College
and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. |

Alan Quasha – Director
Mr. Quasha is former Chairman of the Board Directors of Hanover Direct,
Inc. a position he has held since 1991. He also serves as a Director
of NAR Management, Inc. and of Richemont, S.A., an affiliate of Richement-Switzerland.
From 1980 until September 1991, he was a partner in the New York City
law firm of Quasha Wessley & Schneider. |

John H. van
Merkensteijn III – Director
Mr. van Merkensteijn is a founder and managing director of RA Investments
LLC, a private equity firm focusing on cross border acquisitions primarily
in the financial services area. Previously he was a partner of the
law firms of Coudert Brothers and Gottesman, Evans & van Merkensteijn.
Mr. van Merkensteijn is a director of several privately held companies
and graduated from Yale University with a B.A. and the University of
Pennsylvania with an LL.B.
