Campaign Manager (New York, NY and San Francisco, CA)

Company Background:

aCerno was founded in 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of I-Behavior, Inc. We are an online data service that uses anonymous cookie information to tailor specific advertising messages based on consumer online shopping habits. aCerno offers multi-channel retailers and e-commerce companies the ability to use consumer shopping behaviors to improve the ROI of graphical advertising delivered across the internet.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, production and implementation of all online advertising campaigns through our network of Media Partners.
  • Work closely with Account Service team to facilitate account creation and client set-up in IMI's internal tracking system.
  • Manage the development and delivery of all campaign reports for internal teams and external customers.
  • Work closely with our 3rd party Ad Trafficking partner to ensure all policies and service level agreements are being adhered to.
  • Work with Sales and Account Service team to design and implement guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure a streamlined approach to all the steps outlined above.
  • Work with Account Services team to troubleshoot any tagging, creative or reporting questions from our clients.
  • Work closely with I-Media Insights Accounting team to ensure accurate, complete and timely billing.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree & 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Background in marketing, online media and/or project management.
  • Interactive agency, web consultancy or behavioral targeting experience a plus.
  • Commitment to developing and following through on creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Foster strong cross-functional teamwork and be results driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive, pro-active attitude and work style a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and paid semi-monthly.
  • Bonus: Bonus paid quarterly based on meeting client and company goals.
  • Stock Options: Will be awarded subject to candidate qualifications and the rules and regulations outlined in the company stock option plan. The options will vest over 4 years with a one-year cliff and monthly vesting thereafter.
