Position Overview:
aCerno is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. General Description:
Reporting to the Director of Quality Services, the Implementation Coordinator will generate and review ad tags as required.
Key Objectives:
- Generate ad tags for client websites
- Interface directly with clients to assure tags are correctly placed on their pages.
- QA customer pages to validate correct tags behavior
- Advocate quality in all contexts, focusing on the end-user/consumer experience
- Become tagging subject matter expert. The subject matter expert knows the nature of the tags inside and out and can answer any questions about the tags.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Generate ad tags on a client by client basis as requested by account services and sales.
- Deliver tags to clients for insertion on their pages
- Review and assure quality of the tags on client’s pages.
- Interface with external clients to explain and assist in the tagging process
- Work directly with account services and sales to prioritize tag generation
- Track issues through resolution
- Communicate progress and quality status effectively both verbally and in written form
Required Personal Skills:
- Native ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and effectively, both written and verbal, to communicate status, and process to internal and external clients.
- Organized, methodical, and extremely detail oriented
- Ability to manage own schedule and work independently
- Team player, able to work with both technical and creative people
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 years experience in customer service for high traffic web sites or high traffic retail area
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript
Highly Desired Experience:
- Experience with print, media or on line advertising.
- Experience in fast turn around activities
- Previous small company experience
