General Description:
The Yield Management analyst will be responsible for supporting the Director of Yield Management in maximizing the ROI of aCerno's behavioral targeting campaigns. Specific responsibilities will include performing campaign optimization, inventory allocation and pricing controls.
In this capacity you will work closely with aCerno's Account Service team and Ad Operations team to share key campaign insights and ensure optimization efforts are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Additional responsibilities can be related to participation in modeling and forecasting of strategic business initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Director of Yield Management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical efforts designed to maximize the yield of aCerno's behavioral campaigns while driving scalable results for our clients
- Help to determine the appropriate media mix for client campaigns based on pricing, spend thresholds and ROI factors
- Conduct analysis related to creative and offer optimization
- Make business decisions based on data analysis and communicate results to senior management
- Work with internal teams (Account Directors & Ad Operations) to ensure that optimization decisions are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
- Contribute to business modeling and forecasting efforts to support strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a top tier university
- 2-3 Years of work experience with proven track record of effective quantitative analysis
- BS/BA degree in business (finance or marketing) or mathematics preferred
- Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to be challenged and be innovative
- Must be able to communicate clearly to varying audiences and to collaborate actively with others in cross-functional teams
- Proven success interpreting analyses into actionable recommendations
- Internet media background preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data modeling tools
Compensation:
Base Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and paid semi-monthly
Bonus: Bonus paid quarterly based on meeting client and company goals.
Stock Options: Will be awarded subject to candidate qualifications and the rules and regulations outlined in the company stock option plan. The options will vest over 4 years with a one-year cliff and monthly vesting thereafter.
